Cancellation/No Show Policy

Be sure to thoroughly read the below cancellation and no show policy:

24-hour notice:

• Provide a 24-hour notice when cancelling an appointment. NO REFUNDS will be provided, but the amount can go towards your next scheduled appointment. If you are unable to provide a 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount also must be paid prior to scheduling an appointment in the future. 

No-Show:

• Clients who fail to show up to their appointment will be considered a "No-show" and will be charged for the missed appointment.

Arriving late:

• Arriving late to the scheduled appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate others who have appointments following yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the "full" session service.     

Inappropriate behavior: 

• Services are for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Any inappropriate behavior, insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation or request will not be tolerated. This will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. Depending on the behavior exhibited a report may also be filed with local authorities if necessary.
